Our doors opened in 1999 in a small 1,000 square foot shop just south of 96th Street behind what used to be called Hubbard Feeds but is now called Barkefellers. We got our start working on fleet trucks for The Overhead Door Company. From there, we moved up the road to a 5,000 sq. ft building and rented it for five years. After being faithful with what we were blessed with. God chose to give us a new, wonderful location. We were able to purchase our own property. This new location will help us serve an even greater part of our community.

Chris Couch, Senior Steward
If there are two things that are top tier in Chris’s life, he would want you to know he loves the Lord and loves being a daddy and husband. At a very young age it was realized he would do something with his hands in the realm of an entrepreneur. He would often build things that he thought everyone would be happy to buy. After military life he continued his career as a mechanic but soon noticed the automotive repair business was missing a very important component. Customer service. It was missing a sense of keeping the customer’s best interest the highest priority. Many times he would comment on how management would argue with the customers over misquoted pricing and failed customer expectations. Chris knew he could do better. That is the reason he found Professional Automotive. He has developed a business plan that inspires employees to do what is right for the customer. Professional Automotive is a business that embodies service, integrity, and quality. His mission is to bring excellence and professionalism to the automotive repair industry.
