The Good, the bad and the ugly.
12 -  Cleaned carpet and blinds.  Also set up
schedule to have done regularly.

3,5 - We now schedule oil changes better to reduce
time to about 30 minutes.

16 - We added our 36 Point Inspection to our
website for easy viewing.

18 - We have never charged for washer solvent and
will continue that policy. In fact, if you are a regular
customer, you may come in anytime to get a refill.

17 - We have looked and currently no information
like that is available.  Would encourage customers
to be informed if they have an extended warranty on
their vehicle or not.

19 - We have started washing and vacuuming cars
if time permits.  I think a vacuum is a great idea on a
full service oil change.

20 - We added a table and some nice toys

35 - We have collected over $10,000 in bad checks.
WOW!
That is why we have had to go to a more
guaranteed way of collecting payment.

39 - Have attempted to see what problem developed
but no response from the customer.

42 - Have responded to customer but have received
no further insight to customer's complaint.

mornings

friendly & knowledgeable.
